As a spin-off of the Tallinn University of Technology's Space Centre, Falconers' motto of "beating Moore's curse for sensing" was first informed by the realization that most satellite data is still underprocessed and insufficiently valorized for end users.
Consequently, Falconers conducts its R&D activities at the intersection of sensing hardware and data processing, as both are necessary for taking sensing performance and efficacy to a new level. Falconers' primary markets are defence ISR, forestry and agriculture.
